KEEPING THE STARS
Evelyn was approached by the General Manager at Fairmont Shangri-la Vancouver because their 5-star rating was temporarily suspended due to reviewers stating that the artwork was seen as “dated.” The brief was simply to update the artwork in the guest rooms and executive suites and to maintain Shangri-la’s timeless aesthetic. The scope involved curating a list of artists, license management, art commission management, artist briefing, framing options and budget and inventory management.
