ART | ROSEWOOD HOTEL GEORGIA
SENSE OF PLACE
Our objective was to deliver an art collection that elevates the guest experience while creating both aesthetic and long-term financial value for the property. This value is realized through the collection itself as an appreciating asset and through the continued engagement and loyalty of guests.
With a variety of stakeholders contributing to the project, we wanted the art collection to complement and enhance each group's unique vision. By understanding our client's brand, interior design approach, and local context, we developed a collection that felt deeply integrated into the overall guest experience. Influenced by Rosewood’s ‘Sense of Place’ philosophy, FBFA curated one of the largest privately held collections of Canadian fine art in North America for the property—a first for the Canadian hospitality industry. The result adds a distinctive layer of cultural richness and authenticity to the Hotel Georgia experience.
