A CASE STUDY

STE. MARIE STUDIOS

Coromandel Properties have five projects along the Cambie Corridor with an assortment of product offerings - from rental, co-housing, luxury to mixed-use developments. Utilizing the Product Strategy Approach, the key problem identified was "how do you unify the properties with multiple ownership, at different locations, with every product offering available?" and "how to differentiate from the competition?"

Through the Product Strategy Process, we went through two charrettes with Coromandel's executive team that brought ownership, Marketing, Development and Sales teams together. The deliverable was a comprehensive vision brief that highlighted a clear positioning strategy, a compelling brand story that linked the Cambie story with Coromandel's brand ethos, architectural and interior design look and feel, and programming concepts to connect all five projects.
